Southern California Edison Company (“SCE”) is pleased to announce an upcoming Request for Abstracts (“RFA”) for the 2026 Clean Transportation Access Program (CTAP) Solicitation (“Solicitation”), currently scheduled for release to the market on Sep. 30, 2026. SCE is issuing this RFA to solicit qualified Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Municipalities, and other eligible partners (broadly “community organizations”) to develop and implement Innovative Transportation Electrification (TE) Projects that address an unmet TE need through a new delivery model, financing approach, partnership, mobility solution, or technology that isn't already addressed by existing SCE programs.
SCE will schedule a Bidders’ Conference approximately one week after the RFA release. The Bidders’ Conference link will be provided on the official Launch Notice communication on Sep. 30, 2026. Additionally, the Launch Notice will contain a link to the RFA registration form; participant(s) must complete and submit the registration form in order to receive the RFA invite.
SCE will be using SAP® Ariba® (the “Platform”) for the Solicitation. Offerors intending to submit Abstracts, but do not yet have an existing Platform account, must first register to create a username/password with the Platform. There is no cost to register.
